Public Health Expert Prof Giorgi Pkhakadze has responded to the statement by Olivér Várhelyi, the European Commissioner for Neighbourhood and Enlargement.
”The world faces a great vaccine deficit.
Europe is still helping us in these hard times.
Let’s appreciate the assistance and not forget to wear medical face masks,” Dr Pkhakadze said in his post.
Earlier, Várhelyi stressed they will keep assisting Georgia to combat the coronavirus by supplying the country with vaccines.
